At what time can I check in?
Check-in is generally from 2 p.m. onwards, but we can organise an early check-in from 12 p.m. on request. If you arrive early and you room is not yet ready, you can use the luggage storage area and showers.
What time is check-out?
Your room is available for your use until 11 a.m. You may continue to use the check-out area, complete with luggage storage and showers, even after you have left your room. A late check-out until 6 p.m. can be requested for a fee and subject to availability.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Bancomat, Visa and Mastercard. The balance of your stay is due on check-in.
When is reception open?
Reception is open from 8 a.m. until midnight, and can be contacted by dialling 9 from your room telephone.
How far are you from the ski areas and the centre of Livigno?
Our hotel is perfect for both skiing and for visiting the pedestrian town centre. We are located adjacent to the Carosello 3000 lifts, in front of the Amerikan ski lift, allowing you to reach the ski runs by foot, and the centre of Livigno is just a short walk away. You will find a supermarket, the shuttle bus stop, a pharmacy, sports and wine shops, as well as access to the cycle and pedestrian path that crosses the town, all just 50 metres away.
Do you offer a shuttle or private transportation?
Yes. We can organise paid chauffeur-driven transportation to and from airports and train stations, as well as by helicopter. In addition, for a fee, we can organise private shuttles to and from the centre, Mottolino Rental, and one of a choice of the five best restaurants in Livigno, if you decide to explore the culinary options beyond the hotel!
Is parking available?
Yes, we have convenient covered and heated parking, at a rate of € 5.00 per day. A second parking area will soon be available, offering secure parking for all our guests.
Do you have a wellness centre?
Yes, we have a brand-new and elegant 600-m2 wellness area, complete with Finnish sauna offering Aufguss rituals, a steam room, bio-sauna, ice cascade, indoor and outdoor pool, two relaxation areas, a beauty area and a fitness area.
What are the opening hours?
Saunas: from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Swimming pool: from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., subject to reservation, and from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Relaxation area: from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Fitness area: from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
On Wednesdays, the Spa is open from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m., offering an aperitif and Aufguss rituals
Do you provide a kit for the Spa?
Yes. You will find a robe and slippers for the Spa in your room. We require a deposit of € 20.00, which will be refunded when you return the kit at the end of your stay. The robes are collected every Friday evening for washing.
Is it possible to purchase robes and spa products?
Yes, the reception staff will be delighted to offer you the best available products, and our robes, with logo, can be yours for a special price
Is the Spa available for exclusive use?
Yes. An area of the Spa can be booked for exclusive use during the morning on request and subject to availability. A supplementary fee will be charged, details of which can be found at reception.
What time is breakfast served?
Our breakfast offers ample freedom, as it is served until late. Our generous savoury and sweet buffet awaits you from 7 a.m. until 11.30 a.m., and a brunch buffet is available from 12 p.m. until 4.30 p.m., ensuring that there is always something delicious and nutritious to eat, even if you get up later than usual, or if you are looking for a light meal or a snack! You can also request a packed lunch; just let us know the evening before.
Is the restaurant open?
The restaurant service is currently being defined, but we will soon be able to offer a magnificent à la carte restaurant that will also be open to external guests, offering sophisticated dishes as well as traditional Valtellina recipes. In the meantime, our wine cellar and cheese cave are available for a tasty aperitif.
Do you have a bar?
Yes. As well as the wine cellar and cheese cave, our lounge area also features an elegant lounge bar, offering fresh drinks, cocktails, wine by the glass, as well as bitters and spirits. We also organise special live music events in this area. You can relax in front of the fireplace, or enjoy the comfort of our cosy sofas!
Do you offer breakfast room service?
Yes, you can have breakfast in your room on request, with a supplementary service charge of € 15.00. To order, just dial 9 from your room to call reception.
Is there a smoking area?
Yes, our well-ventilated Cigar Lounge offers you a tranquil place to smoke.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, small and medium-sized dogs are allowed exclusively in our Chalet rooms. We charge a supplementary fee of € 30.00 per pet per day for sanitisation. Please remember that pets are not allowed into the Spa area, communal areas, the lounge bar or the restaurant.
Do you have bike and ski storage?
Yes, we have a dedicated area for bikes, with hooks and locks, a cleaning area, a small workshop for repairs and a charging station for electric bikes. We also have ski and equipment storage space, complete with boot dryer and secure lockers. Both storage areas are locked during the night, and can be accessed with your magnetic room key.
Is there a laundry service?
Yes, we have a laundry service operational every day, where clothes can be washed and ironed. Charges are applicable.
For sportspeople, we have dedicated laundry bags for sportswear, as well as a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The cost is € 5.00 per wash.
Do you organise excursions?
Yes, we can provide advice, and organise the best possible trekking, hiking and MTB excursions for you, as well as a wide range of local activities, accompanied by specialised guides who will plan an experience that meets your expectations. We also organise transportation to and from all of the chosen excursion routes.
