The fragrance of coffee and of freedom
Waking up in the midst of the mountains is a wonderful experience, and being greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the fragrance of home-made cakes and croissants takes it all to a whole new level. A sumptuous buffet of sweet and savoury delights awaits you until 11.30 a.m., with locally sourced specialities as well as both vegan and gluten-free options.
A light and tasty lunch
Perhaps you woke up too late for breakfast, and you fancy something light and satisfying for midday, or perhaps a snack with an original touch. Our brunch is the ideal solution! Available from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., you can enjoy savoury delights and light dishes, accompanied by an always welcome sweet touch.

Are you a lover of omelettes, pancakes, eggs and bacon, and quick recipes? Choosing from our small extra menu, you can enjoy dishes prepared live by our chef, right in front of you. An experience offering both flavour and entertainment!

Ask for our packed lunch! Order the evening before, and pick up your packed lunch to enjoy wherever you want, while on an excursion or in a natural setting. Savour a tasty toasted sandwich, accompanied by fresh fruit and water, and set off with renewed energy!
